Lee Priest Profile and Workout Routine

Personal Stats

Bodybuilder Lee Priest, also known as “The Blonde Myth”, is known as one of the shorter bodybuilders. He was born in Venice, California, USA on July 6, 1972. He stands 5’4″ tall, weighs 270-285 lbs in the off season and competes at 200-225 pounds. He has been training since the age of 13, which some of the early training videos of Lee Priest can be found on youtube. He states that his mother was also a bodybuilder and influenced him to compete. Although he is a shorter bodybuilder, Lee Priest has incredibly large arms and very round muscles. His arms and forearms are most likely his most notable feature.
Lee is also known as a somewhat controversial bodybuilder, often speaking his mind in his columns of Muscular Development magazine. He is also very open about his steroid and drug use. He often poses on stage to softer music, and even can be seen working out to gentle toned music that most people couldn’t train to.
